Ecro Ltd is a Property & Strata Management Company.

Our Property Management is responsible for managing condos on island for private owners.
Owners who rent their condos to vacation guests, use us to look after their property, and take care of their guests needs, to make sure that their guest enjoy their best vacation stay.

Our Strata Management is responsible for the whole property structure, where we manage the maintenance, grounds, meter readings and upkeep.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Erco Ltd is a Property & Strata management company. As a Property Management company, we manage private condo for owners that are not always physically on island, and chose to rent their condos as short term rentals to guest. We are responsible for meeting and greeting guests, keeping the condo clean for guest arrivals, check out cleaning of condo (towels/linens) etc.,

STRATA MANAGEMENT

Our Strata Management conducts monthly & quarterly meter readings of properties water meters. Manages daily/monthly maintenance of properties such as garbage, grounds keeping, irrigation, cleaning, payroll, paying monthly invoices, organizing contractor’s visits etc., his page is used for listing the services offered by your company.
